Förderung der Bedingungsfaktoren zum Verbleib von Pflegefachkräften in ihrer Profession
- Hintergrund Das Thema dieser Bachelorarbeit bezieht sich auf die förderlichen Bedingungsfaktoren für Pflegefachkräfte zum Verbleib in ihrer Profession. Diese Thematik wurde ausgewählt, da immer mehr Pflegefachkräfte aus ihrem beruf austreten und sich durch die herrschenden Arbeitsbedingungen belastet fühlen. Demnach ergibt sich folgende Fragestellung: Welche Bedingungen fördern den Verbleib von Pflegefachkräften in ihrer Profession? Somit ist das Ziel dieser Arbeit die Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen, welche im akuten stationären Be-reich angewendet werden können. Methodisches Vorgehen Es werden die bestehenden Arbeitsbedingungen in Verbindung mit dem Berufsausstieg der Pflegefachkräfte analysiert. Dabei werden mögliche Perspektiven vorgestellt, welche Arbeitsbedingungen verbessern und das Arbeitsfeld der Pflegekräfte erleichtern können. Die Ergebnisse werden anhand von Handlungsempfehlungen für den akuten stationären Bereich fest-gehalten. Ergebnisse Das Ergebnis dieser Arbeit ist, dass Akutstationen eines Krankenhauses mithilfe dieser Handlungsempfehlungen, bessere Arbeitsbedingungen für die Pflegefachkräfte geschaffen werden können. Mit verbesserten Arbeitsbedingungen sollten mehr Pflegefachkräfte in ihrer Profession verbleiben und dem Pflegefachkräftemangel entgegenwirken. Schlussfolgerungen Durch die Handlungsempfehlungen kann eine Optimierung stattfinden, die dazu führt, dass die Pflegefachkräfte in ihrer Profession verbleiben. In Bezug auf die förderlichen Bedingungsfaktoren werden in den Handlungsempfehlungen drei Schwerpunkte fokussiert. Weitere förderliche Bedingungsfaktoren werden aufgrund des Umfangs der Arbeit nicht weiter vertieft.
- Backround The topic of this bachelor thesis refers to the conducive conditional factors for nursing professionals to remain in their profession. Due to the fact that more and more nursing professionals leave their profession because the working conditions are stressful. Accordingly, the following question arises on this topic: What conditions promote the retention of nursing professionals in their profession? Thus, the goal of this work is the development of recommendations for action, which can be applied in the acute inpatient area. Methods The existing working conditions in connection with the career exit of nursing professionals are analyzed. Possible perspectives are presented, which can improve working conditions and facilitate the field of work of the nursing staff. The results are recorded on the basis of recommendations for action for the acute inpatient sector. Results The result of this work is that acute wards of a hospital can be created with the help of these recommendations for action, better working conditions for the nursing staff. With improved working conditions, more nursing professionals should remain in their profession and counteract the shortage of nursing professionals. Conclusions Through the recommendations for action, an optimization of the working conditions can lead to the nursing professionals remaining in their profession. The present recommendations for action do not cover all the conducive condition factors, as the scope of the work does not allow this. The author has focused on three main areas.
