Einrichtungen ist eines der zentralen Themen in der aktuellen Debatte um die Konzeptentwicklung
in Kindertageseinrichtungen. Die Forschungsnotiz stellt eine Studie vor, die die Umsetzung
von inklusiver Bildung in Kindertageseinrichtungen in Niedersachsen in den Blick nimmt. Sie
beschreibt auf den Ebenen Person, Konzept und Struktur Umsetzungsprobleme aus Sicht der
beteiligten Personen. Auf dieser Grundlage werden Lösungsansätze für die Realisierung eines
frühkindlichen inklusiven Bildungsangebotes entwickelt. Eine besondere Rolle spielen in dieser
Studie Fragen zur Organisationsgestaltung und Personalentwicklung. Ziel ist es, durch Inklusion
bedingte Veränderungen von Arbeitsanforderungen und -bedingungen zu analysieren und daraus
konzeptionelle Empfehlungen für die Organisations- und Personalentwicklung zu entwickeln.
N2  - Implementing inclusive concepts in early childhood education is one of the major issues in the current discussion about strategic development of daycare centers and nursery schools. This research note presents a study that analyzes the implementation of inclusive education and resulting challenges in day-care centers in Lower-Saxony (Germany) on three levels: person, concept and structure. Based on the results, an approach for the successful implementation of inclusive early childhood education is developed. A special focus of the study lies on organizational design and human resource development in such institutions. Changes in job requirements and working conditions caused by the implementation of inclusive concepts are analyzed with the goal to develop recommendations for personnel development and implications for the organizational structure of the respective organizations.
